This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance during the online sign-up process. By signing up for a membership, you enter into a binding contract with us, granting you the rights and privileges of the chosen Membership Type. This Agreement is non-transferable.

Direct Debit Fees and Charges

Membership fees are due on either the 1st or 15th of each month, aligned with your joining date. The initial payment is pro-rated based on your join date and the next collection date, payable at the time of joining. Payments are processed via direct debit or Stripe. Members are obliged to inform us promptly of any changes to their provided details, including emergency contacts and medical history.

Direct Debit Prices

We reserve the right to adjust membership prices. Any such changes will be communicated at least one full month in advance, specifying the effective date and revised membership cost. During this notification period, members retain their usual right to terminate their membership as per the terms and conditions. Failure to terminate before the specified date will result in the revised price being applied.

Termination

Members may cancel their membership by discontinuing their direct debit or Stripe payments. Cancellation takes effect the day before the next payment date, at which point the membership will automatically end.

Membership Terms

Membership commences upon completion of the online sign-up process or the specified start date. Members are entitled to all services and benefits of their chosen membership type. Membership is non-transferable and specific to the chosen date.

Fees and Charges

Members may cancel their membership within the earlier of: (1) 14 days following the purchase date; or (2) the day before the selected activation date of their membership. Cancellations within this period will receive a full refund. Post this period, membership fees are non-refundable.

Miscellaneous Terms

Membership is available to individuals aged 16 and over. We may occasionally need to close or partially close our facilities. We will endeavour to notify members in advance, barring urgent or emergency situations. These closures aim to be minimal and outside peak hours. No refunds will be issued for such closures. Our liability for failures in performance due to events outside our reasonable control is excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Membership may be terminated immediately for non-compliance with our terms and conditions, unsafe behaviour, or misuse of equipment. Members confirm their good health and readiness for physical exercise and agree to inform us of any changes in their health status.

Membership Medical Disclaimer

By participating in Holistic Fitness Club programs, including group HIIT sessions and private/semi-private training, I acknowledge the strenuous nature and inherent risks, including but not limited to musculoskeletal or cardiorespiratory injury, or death. I assume full financial responsibility for any injury caused by my negligence to myself or others. I agree to indemnify Holistic Fitness Club and Blitz Hiit against liability for any injury, death, or property damage. I consent to the use of my image for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing. This agreement acknowledges my understanding and acceptance of these risks and conditions, waiving certain legal rights in the event of negligence or intentional misconduct.
